HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. NEURO ASSESSMENT
Performance, but also pain starts in the brain. Every athlete has brain areas that are underperforming due to disuse, or injury. That's why in our first meeting on-, or offline, I'll guide you through various assessments that inlcude a gait analysis, movement, sensory, coordination, vision and balance testing. The data will give me insights on what areas of your brain we need to work on.
2. PROGRAM DESIGN
To work on the brain areas that are underperforming, we'll develop a neurotraining plan, that is tailored right to your nervous system. We will test out a lot of different drills and look for immediate feedback of your body. The goal is to see instant improvements in mobility, pain perception, strength, movement and cognitive function after the drills.
3. NEUROTRAINING IN PRACTICE
The functional neurodrills include individual visual, vestibular, breathing, coordination and movement drills that are tailored right towards your goals. You can include them around your workouts, competitions or games to unlock your hidden potential.
4. MAXIMAL PERFORMANCE
After applying the drills you will feel an increase in sharpness, focus and body awareness. This will lead to you, being able to move without restrictions, increased speed and power for your sport.
