TRAINING IS EVOLVING.
ARE YOU ON TREND?

WHY CHOOSE A BRAIN-BASED APPROACH?
As Neuroscience is evolving it is now clear, that the nervous system is in charge of everything.
The way we feel, move, perform is depending on high quality brain function.
By optimizing and training the brain with cutting edge methods of modern Neuroscience, it is possible to not only achieve significant, but most of it all - immediate & measurable results.

BETTER BRAIN = BETTER HUMAN
INCREASE STRENGTH
JUMP HIGHER
RUN FASTER
MOVE BETTER
REACT QUICKER
RELIEF PAIN
FEEL BETTER
WHAT IS NEUROTRAINING?
Hearing the word Neurotraining, you might think, we are focusing on the psychological aspect of brain function (emotions, thoughts, feelings, etc.). However with Neurotraining we’re focusing primarily on the neurological processing of brain function.
To better understand, how this works, we first of all have to become aware of the brain’s 3 primary tasks:
-
The brain receives input via different afferent input systems (eyes, nerves, inner ear, skin, muscles and more)
-
The brain processes, interprets and decides what to do with the input, in the different brain areas (Cerebral Cortex, Cerebellum, Brainstem and more)
3. The brain then creates an output based on the information (movement, strength, pain signals, …)

BETTER INPUT = BETTER OUTPUT

1. PERCEIVE
VISUAL, VESTIBULAR, PROPRIOCEPTIVE, INTERCOCEPTIVE, ...

2. PROCESS & DECIDE
CEREBRAL CORTEX, CEREBELLUM, BRAINSTEM, ...

3. OUTPUT
MOVEMENT, PAIN, PERFORMANCE, ...
How we move, feel and perform is therefore strongly dependent on how well our brain receives information and processes the input in the brain regions.
The goal with Neurotraining is to identify roadblocks in information reception and processing.

After that we'll use an individual approach to train those specific roadblocks to create neuroplastic changes in the brain.

In practice we use a broad variety of drills & assessments ranging from visual and vestibular drills to proprioception and interception work.

2. TRAIN BRAIN FUNCTION
3. MOVE, FEEL AND PERFORM BETTER.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Lukas (Physio)
Learning Neurotraining absolutely revolutionized mz approach as a Physio. It was the best course, I've taken in a very long time.

Adam (Olympic Athlete)
I was able to feel the results immediately. My performance and pain improved drastically.

Zena (Personal Trainer)
Although Neurology is a complex topic, Markus makes it very easy to understand and gave me a lot of new tools that improved me as a coach.
" I've learned a lot in my 15 years as a Physio, yet nothing has delivered such instant results, like Neurotraining!"
JACUB (SWITZERLAND)
" The Drills were life changing! As a professional dancer, I achieved results I had never seen before!"

About Markus

Step 2: Neuro Assessments + Program Design
After our first initial call we'll schedule our first official call, where we are going to assess the following areas:

-
Gait/Walking Analysis
-
Sensory Assessments
-
Vestibular Assessments
-
Visual Assessments
-
Movement Compensations
-
Breathing
-
Cognitive Function
-
Biomechanics

Based on the findings we will design your individual Neurotraining Program, that will allow us to get closer to your goals.

Step 3: Check Up Calls
Following our first call we will have check-up calls every 2-3 weeks to make sure we:

-
Track the results
-
Analyse improvements in Movement, Pain & Performance
-
Update the program for maximal results

Step 1: Initial Consultation
This will be a 30 minute, free (no strings attached) call to determine if you are a good fit to work together. During this call, we will:

-
Determine your goals
-
Review your history (pain, injuries, ...)
-
Talk about intervention strategies
-
Discuss pricing options
